Bluesky is 'one' platform you can use if you want "something like Twitter/"X" - but managed by people who are not quite as shit as 'Chairman Musk'". Which is pretty much a given.

Though you have to keep in mind: One of the main factors that made Twitter so bad, even long before it was bought out was its _community_. The very same community that started its mass-exodus to Bluesky...

Bluesky is good, but be weary, because there are some accounts on there that do get wild, much like Twitter.
